
My Story
I know what it’s like to feel stuck.
To keep setting goals, only to be pulled back by old patterns, negative self-talk, and a body that doesn’t feel like yours anymore.
I didn’t start training at 18. I started in my 40s. I was tired, overwhelmed, overworked and unsure of what I actually needed.
What I didn’t need was another crash diet or an unrealistic routine. What I did need was space to slow down, rebuild my strength, and learn how to take care of myself in a way that truly worked.
So, I became that coach.
Through OneHer, I help women get strong physically, emotionally, and mentally. We do this by building sustainable habits and self-trust Because real change doesn’t come from punishment. It comes from showing up, From choosing yourself, again and again.
